The Yaylove Collective is a Malaysia based wedding decorator, wedding styling and coordination company established in November 2011. Over the years, we have worked with couples from diverse backgrounds, helping transform wedding ideas into meaningful celebrations that feel personal, elegant, and memorable.

Our Story: From Moments Creator to The Yaylove Collective
The Yaylove Collective began its journey in November 2011 under the name Moments Creator.
Before starting the business, our founders had spent years working within Singapore's hotel industry. While the experience provided valuable insights into hospitality and event operations, they eventually decided to return to Malaysia in search of a more balanced and meaningful lifestyle, one that would allow them to spend more time with family while building something of their own.
As they became more involved in the local wedding industry, they noticed a common challenge faced by many couples. Wedding planning often required coordinating with multiple suppliers for different services, from wedding favours and decorations to floral arrangements and venue styling. The process could quickly become overwhelming and time-consuming.
This inspired the creation of Moments Creator.
The original goal was simple, to help simplify the wedding experience by providing reliable wedding support services while reducing the need for couples and hotel teams to coordinate with numerous vendors.
In the early years, the business focused primarily on wedding favours and chair tiebacks. Every order was handled with care, often involving sourcing materials, hand-sewing the chair tieback fabrics, and creating products from scratch.
One of our earliest projects took place at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, a milestone that remains a meaningful part of our journey today.
As the years progressed, the company expanded beyond wedding favours into floral styling, stage backdrops, venue decor, and custom carpentry work. By 2018, our team had evolved into a more comprehensive wedding styling provider, supporting both couples and hospitality partners through a wider range of services.
At the same time, the wedding industry itself was changing.
Couples were beginning to move beyond traditional wedding formats and increasingly sought celebrations that felt more personal and reflective of their own stories. Weddings were no longer simply about creating a grand visual impression. They became opportunities to express personality, culture, relationships, and meaningful experiences.
This shift resonated deeply with us.
We realised that our role was no longer just about decorating spaces. We were helping couples transform their stories into real-life experiences through their wedding day.
In 2025, Moments Creator was reintroduced as The Yaylove Collective, reflecting a broader vision and a renewed commitment to creating meaningful celebrations centered around connection, atmosphere, and storytelling. This is also where the name “Collective” comes from, to collect all family members on one memorable day.
Today, The Yaylove Collective continues to serve couples throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and the Klang Valley, helping bring wedding visions to life through thoughtful styling, coordination, and personalised experiences.

While weddings remain at the heart of what we do, The Yaylove Collective also provides styling and event support for corporate functions, brand activations, private celebrations, and social events across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
Our corporate event journey began around 2015, when opportunities arose to support businesses and organisations with both event coordination and venue styling services. We worked closely with clients in the banking industry, providing event organiser (EO) support for conferences, market outlook events, business gatherings, and inbound corporate programmes. Our role often involved liaising between stakeholders, coordinating event logistics, and helping deliver seamless experiences for both organisers and attendees.
Over time, our experience expanded into other sectors, including pharmaceutical conferences and corporate functions, allowing us to support a wide range of professional events that required both strategic coordination and creative event execution.
Today, our experience includes styling for corporate dinners, annual dinners, gala events, product launches, exclusive showcases, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, media launches, promotional activations, exhibitor booths, and venue launches. Whether the objective is to strengthen a brand presence, create an engaging guest experience, or transform a venue for a special occasion, our team focuses on delivering event environments that are both visually impactful and professionally executed.

Over the years, we have also participated in numerous wedding fairs, exhibitions, and venue showcases, designing booth experiences that help hotels, venues, and wedding brands connect with prospective couples. These projects require a combination of creative styling, brand presentation, space planning, and visitor engagement to ensure each booth stands out within a busy exhibition environment.
We have participated in multiple wedding fairs such as KLPJ Wedding Fair, TCE Wedding Expo and a lot more for the past years. Our team designed and styled exhibition booths for various hotels and exhibitors creating welcoming spaces that showcased each venue's wedding offerings while maintaining their individual brand identity.
From wedding expos and hotel showcases to promotional exhibitions and brand activations, our team focuses on creating visually engaging environments that encourage interaction and leave a lasting impression on visitors.
Not only that, we were honoured to provide floral styling support at a charity dinner for the Majlis Berbuka Puasa Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Bersama Ibu Tunggal, Anak Yatim dan Pelajar ILHAM, held on 27 February 2026 at Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur. For this special occasion, our team created elegant floral arrangements displayed in tall vases throughout the buffet and food stall areas, adding colour, warmth, and visual interest to the event environment. Designed to complement the flow of the venue while enhancing the guest experience, these arrangements helped create a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere for the distinguished guests in attendance.
We also provide floral styling for a private Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House event held at a residence. The setup featured elongated table floral arrangements, elegant tall vase centrepieces, and smaller guest table posies thoughtfully placed throughout the event space. Designed to complement the festive atmosphere while maintaining a warm and welcoming feel, the floral styling added colour, texture, and refinement to the celebration, creating a beautiful setting for family and guests to gather during the festive season.
Beyond weddings, we also style meaningful milestone celebrations such as gender reveal parties, baby showers, birthdays, and private family events. For this gender reveal celebration, we created a warm terracotta-inspired setup featuring elegant floral styling, customised backdrops, and a beautifully curated dessert table. Every detail was designed to create a memorable experience for the family while providing a beautiful setting to celebrate a special new chapter together.
Exclusive Wedding Preview at Amber by The Oscar Banquet Hall
One recent example was our involvement at Amber by The Oscar Banquet Hall, Kuchai Lama, where we served as both the venue decorator and event styling partner for Love at First Site, an exclusive wedding preview event held on 31 May 2026.
Designed to give engaged couples a first-hand experience of how their wedding day could look and feel, the event featured venue tours, signature menu tasting sessions, curated wedding vendor showcases, and exclusive booking promotions. Couples had the opportunity to meet wedding professionals from various industries, explore different wedding services, and experience the venue fully transformed for a wedding celebration.
As the venue's decoration partner, our team was responsible for styling key areas of the event and helping create an inspiring environment that allowed guests to visualise the possibilities for their own weddings. In addition to venue styling, projects like these require close collaboration with venue management, wedding vendors, exhibitors, and event organisers to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. This event highlight how thoughtful event styling can help transform a venue showcase into an immersive experience, allowing guests to connect with the space, vendors, and overall wedding vision in a meaningful way.

These intimate celebrations are often held at hotels, event spaces, private residences, restaurants, gardens, or dedicated solemnisation venues throughout Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
